1955 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window Pickup1955 Chevrolet 3100 5-Window Pickup

This light blue 55 Chevy 3100 pickup was acquired by the seller in 2022 after being refurbished under previous ownership. It is powered by a 235ci ThriftMaster inline-six engine with a 3-speed manual transmission.

This Advance Design half-ton pickup features a metal grille, running boards, and 15″ steel wheels with hubcaps and whitewall tires. The exterior details include the wood-lined bed with painted runners and a spare tire mounted on the side. Inside, it has a vinyl bench seat, rubber flooring, a heater/defroster, and a cassette stereo. There’s also a color-keyed storage box.

Under the hood is the 235 cubic-inch ThriftMaster inline-six with a single carburetor and oil-bath air cleaner. Its Fenton exhaust headers were installed aftermarket. The engine connects to the column-shifted 3-speed manual transmission. The truck also has four-wheel drum braking.

The odometer indicates just over 13,000 miles, with about 175 added under current ownership. This refurbished ’55 Chevy pickup has a stylish light blue color scheme inside and out. It sold at auction for $58,000.

Vintage Motorcars 550 Spyder ReplicaVintage Motorcars 550 Spyder Replica

This 550 Spyder replica was built by Vintage Motorcars of California and acquired by the auctioning owner on Bring a Trailer in July 2020. It has a VW-based 2.3L flat-four engine with a 4-speed manual transaxle and finished in white over a blue interior. Recently, the car was serviced (oil change, tune-up, new tires, and new hood struts).

The fiberglass Spyder-style body sits on a tubular steel frame and has chrome headlight bezels, side mirrors, Porsche badging, and a helmet fairing. The bucket seats are upholstered in blue vinyl, and the carpet is gray. The car also has lap belts, pedal covers, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. Its gauges include a 160-mph speedometer and central tach.

The engine has been fitted with dual Weber carburetors, an MSD ignition, and a 4-2-1 center-exit exhaust.

The chassis number matches the VIN on the conditional Georgia title. The odometer shows just 1,700 miles, with about 100 of those added by the current owner. Offered on dealer consignment, this Vintage Motorcars 550 replica was sold at auction for $55,000.

Alloy-Bodied 1949 Jaguar XK120 Roadster Alloy-Bodied 1949 Jaguar XK120 Roadster

This car has a cool history. The 1949 Jaguar XK120 is one of only 240 alloy-bodied roadsters manufactured between 1948 and 1950. Of those, only 57 were configured for right-side-of-the-road driving. The car spent time in Australia after it was first built, then Germany in the 1970s, the UK, and Arizona.

The auctioning owner acquired the car in 2009. Since then, refurbishments included repairing and repainting the alloy body in green (as opposed to the original silver) and adding power steering. The Jaguar XK120 has louvers in the hood, Brooklands windscreens, and knock-off wire wheels. Front disc brakes were added, too.

The interior features tan leather bucket seats, tan carpeting, and Smiths gauges. About 1,000 miles have been added by the seller, bringing the odometer to 68,000 miles.

The engine is a 3.4L dual overhead cam inline-six, which was rebuilt with SU carburetors and a Marston radiator with an electric fan. The car has a four-speed manual gearbox and rear differential (both refurbished).

This matching-numbers XK120 has had significant refurbishment work performed under current ownership. With a heritage certificate and Florida title, this alloy-bodied 1949 sold at auction for $101,000.

1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider 5-Speed1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider 5-Speed

This red 1959 Giulietta Spider was acquired in January 2023 by the dealer who brought it to auction in January 2024. It was already refurbished under previous ownership.

The car’s engine is a 1.3L twin-cam inline-four, linked to a 5-speed manual transmission. The car has a black soft top and vinyl upholstery along with 15″ steel wheels. Recent work in 2023 included servicing the brakes, fuel system, and other maintenance items.

The Pininfarina-designed body was repainted red under prior ownership when the new chrome bumpers, brightwork, and soft top were also replaced. The car’s exterior details include side mirrors, a luggage rack, and silver 15″ wheels with polished hubcaps. Inside, it has black bucket seats with stylish red piping. The Spider has a Moto-Lita steering wheel and analog gauges showing just over 42k miles.

The car has a single Solex carburetor. The cylinder head was rebuilt in 2015, and in 2023 the coolant and oil were changed, along with fuel system repairs. Power routes through the 5-speed manual gearbox to the rear wheels with aluminum drum brakes.

This 1959 Alfa Romeo sold at auction for $45,000.
