The Lamborghini is turning 50! Last week, 350 different Lamborghinis set out from Milan, Italy on a 50th anniversary Grande Giro 2013 tour. The grand tour will take all 350 models to cities all over Italy, including Bobbi, Lucca, Rome, Terni, Arezzo, and then back to the Lamborghini headquarters in Bologna, Italy.
There are quite a few noteworthy models joining the tour, many of which have significant historical value for the Lamborghini. Tagging along for the ride will be three 350GT’s, five 400 GT’s, 17 Miuras, eight Espadas, two Jaramas, six Urracos, 15 Countachs, one LM002, and 21 Diablos. Joining these significant cars are Lamborghini models from all over the world and from every era of the car’s production.
The tour was over 700 miles long and culminated with a finale that revealed the new Egoista concept – the technologically advanced Lamborghini concept car that only seats one person.
