In case you haven’t already heard, the 2015 Mustang is shaping up to be quite the buzz-topic in the car world.
The specs for the new Mustang are rumored to include a smaller, sleeker body-style, a 4-cylinder EcoBoost engine (or options for the 6 or 8-cylinder), turbocharged power and possibly an independent rear-axle.
Many Mustang fanatics are incredibly excited about the possibility of the independent rear-suspension on the 2015 Mustang GT, because of increased drivability and handling. The only other Mustang to sport this axle was the SVT Cobra (between 1999 and 2004).
It is rumored that the new Mustang may also make its premier as the second model of 2014, just in time to be the 50th Anniversary Edition of the original 1964.5 Mustang. I guess we’ll just have to wait and see what Ford has in store for this favorite among the classics!
