Roadside Assistance

When you call for car insurance assistance by contacting Roadside for help, a representative will ensure you’re safe and locate the most qualified service provider in your area. You’ll be told who the service provider is and when they’ll arrive, and within that time frame, the service provider will arrive to assist you. Your only responsibility will be to sign the form and drive away.

You may choose your own car insurance assistance provider and American Modern will reimburse you for expenses up to the limits described in the policy guidelines. Roadside services are provided through Nation Safe Drivers.

All policyholders that elect the Classic Auto Nationwide Roadside Assistance ($10 per year for all cars on policy) coverage will receive a card to keep with them at all times. A simple call to the toll-free number provides our drivers with any of these services at no additional charge:

Towing

If your car needs service, we’ll tow it to the nearest qualified repair facility, with guaranteed flatbed towing if requested.

Jump Start

Dead battery? We’ll bring cables and give you a jump start.

Lockout Service

Lock your keys in your car? We’ll send a locksmith.

Flat Tire Assistance

We’ll send someone to install your spare, and if you don’t have a spare, your vehicle will be towed by a flatbed tow truck.

Fuel Delivery

If your car runs out of gas, we’ll deliver enough fuel to help you drive to the nearest service station.

Sign & Drive Convenience

Just sign the road service invoice and drive away with no out-of-pocket expenses.
